What our clinical study revealed
Hormonal imbalance symptoms vary significantly from person to person, which is exactly why we designed our study to reflect real-world conditions rather than a controlled clinical setting. Our prospective observational cohort study enrolled 500 female participants, aged 18–44, who presented with self-reported symptoms consistent with hormonal imbalance, including fatigue, dysmenorrhea, mood dysregulation, and metabolic disturbances.
Conducted fully remotely over 10 weeks, the study had participants complete structured weekly check-ins measuring symptom burden, quality of life, and hormonal and metabolic well-being. Data was analyzed using longitudinal mixed-effects modeling to account for individual variability across repeated measures.
Many participants noticed meaningful changes within 1–2 weeks. For others, results developed more gradually over 30–90 days.
reported a boost in their energy levels
noted having better digestion and less bloating
of participants experienced more regular, less painful cycles by week 6
experienced a better mood, feeling calmer and more balanced
