Can I take Hormone Balance if I don't have PCOS?

How should I take Hormone Balance?

Start with 1 level scoop mixed in 10 to 16 ounces of cold water, taken with food for the first 3 days. Then, gradually increase to the full dose of 2 scoops daily—morning and night, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

 

If you’re new to supplements or have a sensitive stomach, start with half a scoop per day for 3 days, then increase to 1 scoop, 1.5 scoops, and finally 2 scoops per day when you’re ready.
