Can I take Hormone Balance if I don't have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)?
You don't need to have PCOS to take Hormone Balance. Our blend was designed to support overall wellness and promote optimal hormone regulation. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before adding any new supplements to your routine.
How much should I take?
If you have mild to moderate symptoms, we recommend 1 level scoop per day. If you have more chronic symptoms or have been diagnosed with disorders like PCOS, we recommend 2 level scoops per day.
However, we know your body's needs can change by the week depending on your cycle. The beauty of our flexible dosing is you can switch between 1–2 scoops depending on the severity of your symptoms and needs.
How and when should I take it?
For those with mild to moderate symptoms, mix half a level scoop into at least 8 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage and drink it along with food for the first 3 days. Then increase gradually to 1 scoop per day.
For those with chronic symptoms or disorders like PCOS, do the same, but with 1 level scoop for the first 3 days followed by increasing to 2 scoops per day—once in the morning with breakfast and once in the evening with dinner—or as directed by your healthcare provider. If you're new to supplements or have a sensitive stomach, start with half a scoop for the first 3 days, and then gradually increase by half scoops to 2 scoops per day.
Where should I store it?
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its quality and effectiveness.
How long until I feel a difference?
Since every body is different, individual results can vary. Consistent users may begin to feel improvements within 1–2 weeks while for others, it may take 1–3 months for benefits to become more apparent. That's why we recommend at least 3 months of consistent use to see results.

When will I receive my order?
Standard domestic flat-rate shipping from our U.S. facilities takes 5–8 business days. We also offer an expedited shipping option that takes 3–4 business days.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription?

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We work quickly to get your order processed and on its way! Because of this, we're unable to make changes or cancel an order once it's been placed. For subscription cancellations, ensure you cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
I have too much product on hand. What should I do?
If you have more product than you need, you can adjust or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account. If you're not subscribed, we recommend storing the product in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality for future use. Our products are designed to maintain peak quality for 2 years. You can find the exact expiration date on the product packaging.
Can I return the product I ordered?

Can I transfer my one-time purchase to a subscription?
One-time purchases and subscription plans are processed differently in our system, so we cannot convert a one-time purchase into a subscription. This is because for one-time purchases, we don't save your payment information while subscriptions require an additional step where you agree to our terms and conditions to authorize monthly billing. However, you can easily start a subscription for your next order through your account.
